front sprocket removal

cant get my front sprocket off the nut wont spin i have put a lot of force on it pushed up the on bit that looked like it should and then the whole edge and it still wont budge then was wondering if this is what it is so pose to look like? any advice?

In the first pictue the locking tab washer is still in place holding the nut from moving .
In the second it has been moved out of lock position but not quite enough.
You need an impact wrench to hold the correct size socket and give it a good knock, it is also posible the red paint (?) on the sprocket is also on the threads.
