Ive got it on mine. It makes the shifts nice and firm. Sometimes getting into N can be a little tricky, but not having to worry so much about missed shifts is worth it.

It's just a heavier spring. Makes the bike click into gear and reduces mis-shifts. Expensive little spring... much like the other overpriced parts from Factory Pro.

Umm, you forgot it also uses a bearing instead of a crappy stamped piece of steel. That's a big part.

i'm assuming someone across the pond makes a shift kit, much like the factory pro kit, and a fair spot cheaper. i paid $90 usd for mine. worked like a charm though, shifting is very solid.

straight line racing had them on sale a few weeks ago, as usual now i want one they are £49 these are factory pro ones,. but still sound a good buy just to get confidence in the box again . can 3he bits be used ie,fork selectors ,drum, i know the output shaft is longer but i have 2 spare 89/90 engines both dodgy cranks trying to keep cost down with gearbox rebuild cheers

They only include the bearing if you fall for their marketing hype and spend the extra $40 on it.... lol

I just bought the spring and it worked great!
