Not Taking Throttle

My FZR 600 was running fine going down the highway, I then got off the ramp to go home, it would take half throttle but would not take a hand full. Is this a carb issue or is it the plugs fouled? : :mad(

When it was taking half throttle, did it feel like it was being robbed of power? or was it just dying if you gave it too much gas. The couple times my plugs fouled it felt like i lost power because i was only running on 3 cylinders.

It felt like it was being robbed of power, so I am thinking since it has been running rich, it might be fouled plugs, I haven't ran the bike very hard until a couple of days when I finally was able to take it out on the high way and open it up for a couple of miles. The bike had been sitting for a couple of years so I know the carbs need a good thorough cleaning, I mean taken off and taken apart, I don't like doing this so I am going to have a shop do it. I took it ou the other night and it seemed to run all right but it seems like it has a miss, so I am assuming this is a spark plug issue, thanks for the imput. I'll try changing the plugs and let ya know how it is then.
