I would run some seafoam and try to clean some things out.
Issues you may have:
- You might not be firing on all cylinders
- Your carbs may need to be sync'd
- Your IMS (Idle Mixture Screws) may need to be adjusted
- The plugs may need to be regapped or replaced

it firing on all cyl all 4 pipes get hot
yes carbs need synced
iv got it at 3 turns out
plugs brand new gaped at 30
just put sea in it 15 mil ago and i run 93 oct gas

Is your engine knocking? If not, then don't use Premium gas. You'll get better performance from the 89 octane.
3 turns out is a starting point. They could still be several hundred degrees different at idle. Borrow someone's IR temp gun to check the header temps.

Hating low rpms that means low fuel at low rpms. I think your carbs need of some cleaning. And i mean serious cleaning. You have to take them off and take them appart. Then you have to vaptize them in carb cleaner (the vaptizing time differs in each cleaner). Spray carb cleaners don't do good job. The emulsifier tubes are plugged in most of the cases.
When you assemple them again, you have to synchronize the throtlle valves. And the mixture screw is 3 turns out as ragedigital said.

Octane rating is not a measure of the fuel's heat release, but rather it's knock resistance. A higher-octane fuel is actually HARDER to burn, but it's reluctance to detonate allows you to increase compression and / or spark advance to a level that would cause knock, ping, and eventually BANG with a lesser octane number. Turned around, this slower burn speed means that a more lightly tuned engine will make LESS power on higher octane fuel.
A stock FZR should do fine on 87. If it knocks, go to 89. 93 is probably costing you mileage and performance.

Don's right as usual.
I will add that even with a spec of 12:1 compression ratio, and FZR engine has such a small and compact combustion chamber(basically perfect) that 89 octane is fine for any FZR engine that
hasn't had serious compression modifications (big-bore/afermarket cams/head skimmed bunches) or that hasn't had the timing advanced a whole lot (and why would
anyone do that unless the compression had been raised a bunch?).
But to get back to your original complaint....one thing in your initial post is sticking with me:

I am unclear (wow?) on what you are saying here.....did it do this
before you 'cleaned the carbs' ? Or only after?

ok put the carbs on a 24 hr soak right side pipes are at 450 left side are at 350 . I still need 2 sync the carbs but it runs much better
