The paint scheme is a little funky, but different so that's cool

That bike looks gorgeous! I'm a little biased because I have a 92. I love the color scheme, it really came together well. Can you give us a list of details?

Only thing I don't like is the old style passenger pegs. They look out of place with the newer tail. Otherwise it looks good.

Hi,
Great Colour scheme take a look at one of my bikes in similar colours :-

http://www.saltmine.org.uk/kgb/bluestreak.html

The idea was based on Christian Sarron's TZ250L 1984 GP250 race bike paint scheme

No matter how long I have not washed the bike it always looks clean & crisp.
Love the seat but It will be a bitch to keep clean for sure, I tried something similar with BlueStreak's seat but gave in after 6 months as I am just not into polishing every ride out.

That is clean and tasteful. Top job all round, with room for further mods in keeping with the bikes character if you so desire. Sweet.

Thanks a lot guys. Nice bike and paint scheme yamaha_george . I know it needs newer rear pegs, i'll probably order a set of four soon. I'd like to replace the peg mounts in the back but i'm not sure whats useable. As far as the exhaust goes, its going to eventually get a Delkevic Short can to match the header but for now i'm going to mount on a Yoshi i have. I wanted an undertail exhaust but i think its next to impossible without cutting up the undertail i worked so hard to make work. I was for a while tinkering with the idea of an undertail exhaust that came out on either side through the tail piece but it would be really difficult and time consuming. I'd love to do a YZF top end with a big bore kit but i doubt i'd ever try it. As far as what was done:

I tore it down to the frame and motor, cleaned it thoroughly, and repainted most frame parts

92 single headlight conversion
YZF tank conversion
02 R6 tail and undertail conversion
Clear turnsignal-intergrated taillights
YZF swingarm conversion
FZR1000 rear wheel with 200/50/17
Accel custom coil
Dynojet stage 3 kit
K&N pods
14 tooth front sprocket, 47 tooth rear
Blue Yamaha grips
Aluminum bar ends
Delkevic Stainless 4-2-1 header
Custom seat covers
Custom paint
Zero gravity clear windscreen
new custom fabbed dogbones raising the rear
Custom coolant bottle
Lowered front end
YZF style mirrors
As well as:
Valve clearance, Compression, Carbs cleaned and rebuilt, new chain, fork seals, battery, plugs, wires, oil, antifreeze, and im probably missing a few details. I have pictures of most mods if anyone wants to see them or needs pointers on the mods. Here's the before pics. All was done by hand on my porch haha.

I think the only thing that is 1000 is the rear wheel.

Yeah its a 600. The front and side plastics are all 91-92 FZR600. The rear wheel is FZR1000 The tank is YZF600 and the tail is 02 R6. Thanks guys. The tail was the biggest pain in the ass of all. lol
