Oil Line Stripped

So this winter i overtorqued and stripped the thread completely out of both ends for the banjo bolts (tired + not noticing the wrong setting on the torque wrench = Disaster). I used helio (sp?) coils to fix the thread and put on brand new copper washers. Im still having issues with leaking oil from both banjo bolts. I wouldnt be surprised if its because i did a piss poor job of installing the new threads (in the rain / hail we have been having no less).

So what are my options to get these guys from leaking? Any tighter and ill risk ripping out the threads again (which would be a whole new set of nightmares im sure) As much as i enjoy the smell of fresh oil on my exhaust pipe I dont think the locals would enjoy the constant trail of white smoke :cop:

Pull the helicoils out and use a solid insert like:

The coil type, like heli-coils aren't very good at keeping hot oil in, or out..and don't leave a good flat surface for the sealing washers to bear on.

I second the time insert. I have this on my buell and have had no problems. Its stronger than factory seal. :)
