Slight backfire on acceleration.....

Was wondering if you guys can chime in on this one. I had my bike synced and carbs rebuilt with those new nickle plated emulsion tubes maybe a year ago. Its been running good.
Ive noticed that it sometimes will backfire really slightly if I rev it high and let it decelerate on its own.
Does this mean that its just a tad too rich? Maybe need my valves adjusted?

Runs alot better now that I cleaned the carbs up and did the 2 bottle method SYNC.

Normally lean if backfire with no throttle coming down in revs.
Its most common when an after market free flow exaust is added to stock carbs due to the incressed ability for the bike to breath.
