new tail and swing arm? on my 89 fzr 600

hey so i have a 89 fzr 600 i was thinking about a new tail and possible a new swing arm cuz i like the wide tire. i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what i should do? also i dont know if the subframe was suposed to be welded to the frame but mine is? and help would be awesome thanks
and as far as the tail goes i would love 2 put like a 99-01 r6 tail on but idk what all goes into that conversion?

hmm, 99-01 r6 tail and a swingarm swap, never heard of it....who would ever do such a thing!
