torque specification

were can i find the torque spec for thing on my bike? i am starting to get it back together and i would to make sure every thing is right

i think i seen one on the archives under the fzr 600 pop down thingy .. hows the bike coming along ???

good . not done getting painted yet. but my forks will be done soon. so i want to make sure its all together and not going to come apart. thanks for the links flo

did u upgrade the fork or anything or just took everything off and redid them
