possible dum question
but where the hell is it ?????
the bike s idling very low - sub 1000rpm and more likely around 600rpm
ive got the owners handbook in pdf i d/léd from the old site - makes no mention.
Can somebody point me to a link to where a service manula might be, i have a feeling there was one on the old site too.
thanks Dave

It's on a cable that hangs off the back of the carbs to the left side of the bike. You should be able to reach it if you dig around the cavity where petcock is located. That's where mine is anyways.

Here is a photo of the back of the carbs with the idle adjustment showing. It is the black sheathed cable that extends over (to the left in this image) and has a knob that is accessible below the main frame, closer to the front of the bike than the petcock.
And, not to be confused with the IMS (Idle Mixture Screws), that adjust the Air/Fuel Ratio
