did you try adjusting the other end of the cable? if you take off the sprocket cover there is another adjustment on the worm gear.

I adjusted the handlevar end, and the end with the one where you have to loosen the nut first then take a filips head to it.

Im very lucky when I actually get the bike to go.
today on my way home, I had many cars honking at me because I was holding up traffic on US 19.
you have to be so presise with the throttle and clutch now to get it to go. and I still dont know why its starting in all gears now banghead

That could be unrelated. The first time i visited TK he just created a connection with a wire on one of the cables on my wiring harness. This enabled me to start the bike in any gear. I like it that way :-D

Is it starting in all gears without the clutch lever held in?

It sounds like you're not running on all 4 cylinders. I dunno if thats just how the audio came out to be, but it would explain your stalling issue. Try replacing or cleaning the plugs. And make sure you're getting spark on all 4. (note* if you're check for spark by grounding the electrode against the engine, make sure the other 3 plugs are grounded aswell, preferably screwed into the head)

Agreed on what Mega said about your bike running on 3 cylinders. Do as stated by Mega. Seems to me you're afraid to take off. As you were taking off, I didn't really hear the engine like you were giving it some gas until the bike was actually pulling you from the stand still. Check the plugs, see if you're getting spark and work, work, work on your take off!!! You may want to invest in a Haynes manual if you don't already have one. Check Ebay, they are about $30.

the plug on the 3rd head is loose, I brought it to a guy today. he hooked it back up and it sounded great. but its still loose so it cuts sometimes. I dont know if I should put some electrical tape on there to hole the tube in.

Yeah you're gonna want to fix that lol. So you're saying the boot on the plug wire isn't staying on the actual spark plug right? You could try pulling the boot off and making sure it hasn't come apart. Cuz they do come apart i think where the wire goes into the boot, I forget if you just wiggle them apart or if they uncrew. But anyway becareful as they have a conductor, spring, and maybe more inside so don't lose them. Otherwise I suggest sourcing out another set of wires. I have spare set at my parents house, but I won't be there for a few weeks.
