here in pasco county florida we have something called the senior project that takes all school year to complete. At the end you must stand in front of a panal of judges and give a presentation.
I want to do my project on something about my fzr.
I asked if I could do it one converting an fzr to and R6 and my teacher said no.
But you can do pretty much anything. People do there project on building a guitar, or even changing an air filter.
I want to do mine on something orginal that will make the judges go "wow", but I want to keep it on the topic of motorcycles.
any ideas?

Couldn't you do it on just a general buildup of your bike? Like say why you did this and that. For example upgrading the brakes to R6 calipers. Then perhaps run some test of before and after for stopping distances, etc.

I had to do one for my senior year in HS too. I made a custom center dash console in my Probe with fiberglass. Molded in a LCD screen, switches, the usual.

I could probably have explained to my teacher "WHY" it is good to upgrade the fzr to r6 machinery.
if I explain it to her she might let me do it on that.

Hmmmm...you could go through your carbs, install a jet kit, and document it.

Upgrade the front with Progressive or Racetech springs. Or and entire front end from a newer bike (R6).

Swingarm swap?
