Jet Kit parts? Never seen them before

Anyone want to enlighten me as to what some of this is....
The upper left jets say 90 and the upper right say 50(refer to first picture). The 90's are about twice the size of the 50's as far as the top goes. Doesn't look like any jet kit I've ever dealt with. It came with all the parts for the 600 race bike I bought.
