Could anyone tell me at what rpm/min the 3HE (3UU 3HW) Exup valves opens completely ?

Please help me out here....if you got an Exup in your 600......I just need to know where it opens fully.....5000,6000,7000,8000 Rpm ?

Just warm it up and rev it up and see the exup motor/cables,valve move....
