Do all 600 motors fit in all 600 frames ?

I am selling a 97 FZR600 motor to a guy who has a 94. Will it fit ?

Yes. All years of FZR600 physically swap with all others.
However, FZR-R/YZF superficially look very similar to the FZR, but require a large hammer to make them fit, but it can be done.

Ive swapped YZF600's into FZR400 and 600 frames with ZERO issue. Finishing up a yzf600/fzr400 build at this very moment. There are other misc. things that need moving around,sure.....but engines go right in.
