Where is air filter?

Hi! A newbie question, the filter oil is inside this box? I tried to remove the screw without exit! Now is "round"... I can't extract it with a dynamometric, some idea how can remove it?

Weld a socket onto it.

It s an option yes but too near from the oil... Will explode my garage!!?
