1992 fzr600 won't run

Okay so I parked my bike Wednesday (it's Monday today so 5 days) and accidentally left the ignition in "p" so my battery went dead. No problem I jumped it with my truck. Now normally it starts after one or two turn overs and it's fine. This time it started and ran for about 2 or 3 seconds then died. It did this a couple times until I started it and then revved it up a bit then it started idling just fine at about 1k like normal. So I let it idle about 5 minutes and then hopped on and took off. I gave it about a quarter throttle and it just kinda went "glub glub glub" and died. It felt as though it was flooded, no power at all and no response. Now I did leave the gas on, but I've never had a street bike flood on me before from leaving the gas on, just dirt bikes.
Anyhow, instead of fiddling with it I thought I'd ask what might be the problem as this seems pretty out of the blue to me. If I was forced to guess for myself I'd say it's flooded because it was running great before, but I'm not a mechanic. And I don't know the best way to unflood it if it is just flooded anyway.
Either way, thanks guys

Id say it's probably because your battery was still super drained. It only charges above 3k and with a drained battery, it doesn't have the juice to keep those coils powered like it should. I'd suggest charging your battery and then trying a short ride. Even though it's not necessary, a load test wouldn't hurt either.

Okay. I didn't even think of that. As far as bikes go I'm used to simple little 2 strokes.
Okay I will hook it up to my charger and then see what happens with it.
