Cylinders 1-2 are way hotter than 3-4 after a few mins
ok i gotta 92, i start it up and she purrs normal, i go and feel the exhaust pipes and cylinders 1-2 ( left side) or really hot but 3-4 are not near as warm, i know that theyre firing cuz engine runs really well. what is the issue? is it normal?

I'm sure people here are a little more intelligent than that to recognize a typo. Damn grammar Nazis

No, it's not "normal". they should be the same or close. If you can even TOUCH 3&4 after warm up for more than a split second without a burn, those cylinders are barely firing if at all.
Are you talking temp while idling, or just after riding, or ?? And you are going by 'feel' ? Get a infrared thermometer and check them.
How do the spark plugs look?
1&2 could be very lean-causing them to be very hot. 1&2 may have a leak where the head pipes meet the head. California model? Could be that the emission passages got capped but aren't anymore on 1&2. (emissions plumbing was ported into exhaust port in head).
And, what's ..."runs really well".... are you basing that on any experience with similar size engines? We had a guy on here who had never had a real streetbike before a while back who was riding for quite a while on two cylinders (the other two cylinders barely contributing) and thought his bike was fine. When we got him straightened out he was freaking AMAZED
