how easy is it to replace the guage light bulbs? mine are quite dim and I was thinking of going with LEDs.

Its not too hard, more of a pain in the ass. I just unbolted the cluster and pulled out the ones that needed changed, the plugged them back in.

do you have to remove the needles or no?

No, everything you need to remove is in the back. Youll see the rubber plugs, and just pull those out to get to the bulb.

What type of LED's are you putting in there? I was thinking of putting in some different lights as well cause mine are pretty weak..

I'm not sure what I'll replace with. Slayer, they don't have LEDs for under the guages, they only have LED boards for taillights and what not.
