Oil catch tray - anyone done one?

Next problem to resolve is creating an oil catch tray to comply with track regs - this is giving me a real headache as every direction I turn I come up against another problem. Apparently it has to be made from glass fibre and resin, so the foil roasting dish idea has gone out of the window. Has ANYONE created one of these? I could really do with some help here...
