throw out bearing?

Do bikes have these, or something equivalent? I ask because my clutch is gone, I'm collecting parts to do a full service job and i noticed i have a throw out bearing type noise(clutch disengaged = no noise, clutch engaged = noise). You can hear its comming fromr right at the clutch cover and i was wondering what it is called so i can replace it. I would hate to put my new clutch stuff on only to have it fail because i didn't service that bearing.

There are a few things that could be called that, most prominently a single ball bearing that rides between the long push rod and the short push rod, the latter having a broad, flat head to lift the pressure plate.
Take a look at a manual or parts fiche for an exploded diagram.

i looked up a service manual like you recommned and you're right, it could be more then one thing causing my noise :/. The bike is my daily so i was hoping to do the clutch swap all in one weekend but that doesn't look to be the case anymore seeing how it could be a few different things. Ordering parts is gonna kill me. I might just check to see how much all the things it "could be" cost. Because it would more then likely be cheaper to waste money buying all that stuff rather than take off work :/.
So if the ball is most likely the issue what would you think the second most likely would be? From the blown apart of the clutch assembly it looks like only the ball could be the issue but with the clutch boss blow apart it sure looks like it could be 2 different thrust washer(if worn out of spec?), some bearing, and spacer(again if worn out of spec?). To me it sure sounds like more of a bearing noise then anything because wouldn't a spacer/washer out of spec cause the noise all the time??

I get the gist of what you describe as the "throw out bearing".
On a car in the UK; this would be the clutch release bearing; Your bike does not have one.
Yamaha clutches are a bit rattly and noisy; some even from new.
The noise does subside if the lever is pulled in.
I put this down to ; the support "thrust" bearing ;

Replacing it does not always remedy the noise.
Wear occurs in the basket also.
Unless it is a horrendous shriek as you pull the lever in; I would leave it.
Make doubly sure the pushrod is correctly adjusted regardless.
You will see any seriously worn parts at the stripdown.
