Hard start

it fired right up today no problems but the battery was a little weak. I charged the battery and drove over the gas station next to work and back to the shop. It was not responding well and small back fires if the rpms went to high. Idle is a little high and rich. I figure I need to adjust the carbs. I rode it home and it was not responsive like it should be felt like it was weak almost like it was not firing on all 4 cylinders but i never felt a miss. when I turned on to my road it came alive and picked up speed and rpms like a new bike. I went back out side about a hour later and was going to take it around the block cause its been sitting for a while and needs some run time. Now it does not want to start. I have to open the throttle a bit to get it to start then it will not rev up. it sounds like it is being flooded or the ignition system is not working right to let it rev up and clear out. I put the battery tender on it and i am going to mess with it again in the morning. any ideas of what i should look at first?

ok you can see what it is doing here. at the end of the video you can hear my wife asking if i want to ride to the store. I responded no see the bike is not acting right and fired it back up to show her and it started and ran fine as you can see in the second video.
