I need a few grommets and many screws. I checked Ebay for a kit about $50 and also BikeBandit for the individual items $1 or $2 each. Is there a better source? They don't have to be new, but at least good condition.

You can usually make them up from button head screws and spacers available at local "Ace Hardware", "Farm and Fleet" or "Rural King" stores.

Thanks. I tried Lowes, but they didn't have much. They do have a helpful tool that helps you determine the screw size and thread turn count. One screw I have is an M6 or 1/4 - 28.

Thanks. Does anyone know the different sizes? I can only guess at the smaller ones because I don't have them.

My local mom and pop shop has the M5/M6 bolts and nuts in a couple of lengths. Only the M6 have worked - M5 appears to be too small. I need much longer bolts for the front fender. This Easter egg hunt is a waste of time. That $50 ebay set is looking pretty good now. Has anyone tried it?
