Okay so i have replaced all three motor gaskets, valve cover gasket and both metal motor gaskets. The bike runs good and feels strong again, i know woth the metal gaskets a re-torque needs to be done but i do not know when. Is it after a certain amount of miles after replacement? Just after the first test drive?
Thanks

I don't think you have to do it. Did you use any kind of thread sealer?

I've heard of a retourque of an engine after warming it up, but I can't point to any specific reference. I have searched the manual (not completely but quickly) and found nothing about retorquing. The only references online I can see about retorquing mention checking the torque the next day after assembly and it does not say it is necessary, just one persons technique. I think if you torqued in stages as per the manual you will be fine.
Since you've been running the engine without issue, I'd leave it alone at this point and not worry about it. You obviously did a good job at re-assembly.
