popping cdi's and bulbs. advice?
Pretty sure i have a faulty vr, i keep blowing all my bulbs and i fried 2 cdis, just looking for some opinions on the matter. I have a fzr400 frame with all 600 electronics and engine etc. I think i might do the r6 upgrade, but i need to source all the parts, do if anyone has a cdi or a verizon upgrade I'm thoroughly interested.

There's something in the Wiki about this. MOS 13 Bravo eh? I was 11 and later on, 12.

I repair TCIs and sell adaptors to make the conversion quite painless. No charge for the attempt if I can't fix the TCI, and lots of happy customers for the adaptors. Check the links in my sig below.

@pefry, yes i'm a 13 Bravo. If I don't get my e5 soon I'm reclassing to infantry, even though i'm basically mechanized infantry as it is.
@DonTZ125, I've already disassembled my CDI/TCI, and there's no visable damage to the board in any places, and I don't believe it can be repaired, I was going to repair it if I was able to find a blown transistor or capacitor, but there's nothing scorched or separated. I don't see anything that had popped, and I even tried to check it all with a multimeter.

The obvious question is - why do you think it's dead? Do you have no spark on either channel?
