Tiny "O-Rings" in carburetor...??? HELP!!! LOL

Post by Wurrukatte »

Okay...
I tore down the carburetors in my FZR600 to rebuild them and one of them was missing the REALLY TINY O-Ring that goes in each one.
The problem you ask?
I can't seem to find the part name or part number to find or order 4 of them from anywhere.
:(
Anyone know what these O-Rings are called? Or the part number? Or where to get them?

If getting a Yamaha part in Alaska is hard then the 1998~9 Suzuki GS500E has an identical part in its carburettor, part number 13509-17C00

I think even the carb diaphragm will fit too, though not much else. Part no 13507-17C01.

Just giving you options.

When I pulled my carbs to go through them...all of those o-ring where missing. No wonder it ran like poopy.

I made my own by cutting small "hoops" off of a small diameter vacuum hose. Worked like a charm ;)
