New to bikes looking at a fzr project

Hi am quite new to bikes and have worked with cars alot of my life
Seen a fzr 600 project on gumtree for good money thought I could work on it while I get my license.
would like to know how tricky it would be to sort it add says
FZR 600 Streetfighter FZR600 (R6 Tail unit & Thundercat tank) PROJECT

Listing as a non runner\project as needs final drive bearing fitted (bearing bearing front sprocket), a chain and general tidy up.

Engine starts and runs fine. Was drive into garage and parked 3 years ago and has sat ever since, needs gone.

K&N pod filters and carbs jetted for this with an Art end can make this bike sound awesome.

R6 VR fitted.

She was rode for 2 years with these changes made before i parked her. A set of twin dominators, new bering, a chain and some TLC would leave her good to go.

It sounds like someone cared a lot about her, which also means probably rode her hard. Just remember you have to be prepared to face other likely problems. Carbs cleaned. New battery. Fresh fluids. And another thing is it could need more, clutch, transmission. I'm not trying to scare you off. Actually quite the opposite. I think you should get her she sounds wonderful. What a fun project she could be.
