TACHOMETER DOESN' T WORK

Hello guys, i'm the owner ogf the beautiful Yamaha FZR600 year 1991. Unfortunately i have the tachometer doesn't work at alla and i don't understand how i can repair it.
I checked the wiring and they are correct. I tryed to change the Digital Ignitor but it doesn't work.
The other electric function works correct (temperature, lamps, speedmeeter ; only the tachometer doesn't work.
I would not spend other many without solving the problem.
Could be the stator?
Can anyone Help me?
