I think I get whet your trying to say,
That sux, I know how frustrating this can be. I coulden't really tell if you said the plug had stripped out, or the cyl head.
If it was the cyl head, it needs to be removed, pending on how bad it is itmight need replacing, or you can always take it to a welding shop and have them TIG weld a nice consistent bead on both the inside and outside of the plug hole. then some one will have to drill it back out to a smooth bore hole. Then use a plug thread tap to reset the threads.......(Wheww!! breath..).....If it is the plug that has pullued threads, its possible to use some tweezers and pinch the top most piece of the thread, and wiggle it out side to side in a "reverse turn" motion, but be careful not to drop any small pieces down inside as this will be verry bad. If this method is used, I suggest the use of a magnifying glass preferably a lighted one with a large 4" or bigger glass. If you do drop a piece into the cyl, there is no choice but to pull the head, its possible you could vacume the piece out, but I would not take the chance. if it was just the plug, once you clean it out take a "Plug reamer" and oil it up and run it in and out of the threads a few times. hope this helps you out, good luck mate!
Let me know if I can help you any further

Hello, thank you for your help. Actually what happened is that the thread of spark plug broke and stayed in his hole. I think a having a male thread 10x150, smeared whit
grease, maybe sufficient. You you think?.

Get an old file, remove the handle and with the tang ( the pointed bit bit that the handle slides onto) GENTLY hammer that down the plug hole till the corners of the tang start to cut into the thread of the spark plug, this should then have enough grip on it for you to be able to twist the file to remove the broken thread. Hope that helps

Sorry, Couldn't read your first post too good, but here is a simple cheap tool to remove broken threaded items, you will need a drill bit a little bit smaller than the size remover needed, it works with a reverse thread, nice tool to have around, i keep a good snap-on set myself, but these have worked for me before, cheers mate!
