Carb jet question

cleaning carbs out again in anticipation of the emulsion tubes and jests/needles and have a question:
is this suposed to come out? is it a jet?

NO it is not supose to come out. But yes, it is a jet. Now this is if you are doing a new jet kit. If you are just cleaning, then remove, clean, and place it back in. For a Jet kit, you don't change it.

Ok how is it supposed to come out? i have sprayed carb cleaner in it and it wont budge.

Im not sure how you get it to come out. But you DID have a jet screwed into that opening correct? cuz there should have been.

yes, but now nothing holding it in but gunk i suppose..
