so i got a complete set of locks with one key to replace all my stuff that uses two keys, and i was just messing around trying to put some of em on but its too damn hot to fiddle too much (yesterday was like 114). does anyone know what size/type of bolts are used to hold the ignition switch on? just glancing at it, it looked like allen bolts, but its possible they are hex head. so i was just curious if anyone knew right off hand so i dont have to sweat my ass off trying to figure out the right size bit. i just looked on bikebandit and it just calls it a spec'l screw. so is there only one kind of tool to take these things out? :tard:

I replaced mine with allens. I think it was M8. The special screws they are talking about I believe were just torx screws.

If you don't need that other ignition and you'd like to donate it to the scooter build, I sure do need one. :whistle :king
