If you have something solid causing a blockage sonic cleaning may not do it. You have to inspect each channel using compressed air and a length of wire.
I am have asked you this but how are you emulation tubes?

That's a good point. I haven't clean anything out with air or wire. I did take the carbs apart completely though. So all of the jets and emulsion tubes came out and got cleaned individually. I then sprayed carb cleaner through everything.

I haven't fully checked the emulsion tubes. They're all intact, but I'm not sure if any of them are deformed or not.

treid new plugs and synched the carbs -
mine started fine after an engine swap -
went away for two weeks came back - just coulnt get it to run - not even on ether -
went and got new plugs - old ones turned otu to be very sooty- ( came i nthe swapped engine)
first press of the starter - away she went.
