before you sync, you replace all the screws (circled red) with the mig welding tips.
But as you notice you will only be using one at a time...so...you just have to block off the little hole on the two your hoses arnt connected to.
You can use the little rubber caps that come on bleeder screws to block the holes, or if you dont have any of those you can just use some tape.
I use electrical tape and it seals fine.
just remember to put the original screws back in once done syncing.
here is how I do it. its a little more secure though when I have more space

I was just trying to give you and idea of what you can do.
maybe secure it better by tying some fishing line from it to the ceiling.
