BT are the front blinker/running light bulbs, the same as stop/tail bulbs? dual filament 21w/5w. If so i suspect you've wired the right blinker incorrectly, Green is blinker 21 watt filament, Blue is running light 5 watt filament, Black is ground. As YG said "ALL the bulbs must be of equal wattage" looks like your front blinker i using the 5 watt instead of the21 watt, or a poor ground/earth.
