struggles to pull away feels like its in 3rd gear?

hi guys ive got a 1990 fzr red white colour scheme very original except for the nexxus can

was driving to work normally and it started to run funny ticks over an everything but pulling away feels rough sounds like its running on 3 cylinders
carbs have been cleaned but still runs same i pulled the spark plug caps off and there all sparking nice an blue could it be spark plugs? what else should i check ?

ran fine and was mint before this and i don't rag it just so everyone knows
