whats the best site to order parts from.

Post by tclayton9 »

What is the best website to order parts from. I normal order straight from the Yamaha dealership next to my home but the prices there are outrageous. I tried to use boats.net but they are total frauds. Any has some good sites that are reasonable and has quick shipping.

I have used a few of the various web-based Bike sites & can recommend Bike Bandit.

They don't have everything under the sun, but they do have a lot of stuff. Plus they offer exploded parts diagrams for many bikes to help you I.D. parts.

Of course there is always eBay. There are many eBay based Bike stores that have very good pricing. Just make sure you check their Feedback rating & the comments from previous customers. Beware of low prices on parts only to find that the Shipping & Handling fee's are extremely excessive.

Please let us know what you find out, as I'm always trying to spend my money with a Shop or Seller that really deserves my dollars.

Good luck

cmsnl.com have a great website and still have loads of genuine items available but the prices are probably Yamaha dealer list price.

They are in the Netherlands but shipping to the Uk was reasonably priced and fairly swift.

I love ServiceHonda. Yes, they also carry Yamaha parts. Partzilla is also good for OEM parts. Generally even cheaper than ServiceHonda by a bit but I love the customer service at SH.
