Idle air Mixture Screw

When setting the idle air mixture screw, are you suppose to screw the screw all the way down until it stops, or what?

Screw it all the the way in until it TOUCHES - be careful! Don't torque it in, or you'll ruin the needle, the seat, or just tear the threads out. Once you've touched it in, back out the desired number of turns.
