FZR 600 wont start

I just rebuilt the engine got it all hooked up. When I hit start I get nothing. I hear the fuel pump and hear the relay click but noting from the starter. Any ideas?

Sounds like your safety system isn't happy. Check the neutral switch - most likely candidate for a loose wire after a rebuild - then the sidestand switch, then the clutch switch. Make sure the starter solenoid is properly connected, too.
