I did a search, but didn't see any mention of these clip ons. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with these bars - the standard, non-rise type. I'd like to have a little adjustability for height (I'd like them closer to straight out - less angle), and these seem a bit more reasonably priced that many of them.
Wondering if they will cause issues with hitting the tank, or anything else I may be forgetting.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I personally don't like the design of them. From a function standpoint. The bolt for the bar is also clamping the clip-on to the fork leg. If that bolt rattles loose at all the entire thing is going to spin on the fork leg causing some serious problems. Also, for the FZR sized forks, it's a +30 putting them in the same price as any other clip-on on the market. I can get you Vortex or LSL clip-ons for what you'd pay for the Apex.

Re: Apex adjustable clip ons
Thanks for the reply kid - and happy holiday to you (and everyone else out there!).
I see what you're saying about the bolt. I suppose I figured I'd have to add that to my pre-ride checks, and be diligent about them. I've read decent reviews of them (but none for the FZR specifically).
I have not seen the LSL or Vortex in adjustable models. I've searched a bit, and would really love the option to reduce the angle (but also have the option to choose more than one angle until I get it just right). Do those manufacturers make adjustables? Do you have a link?
These Apex would run just under $200 with bar ends - since you need those as well, the bars are not tapped.
I'd rather get them from a member anyway.

Re: Apex adjustable clip ons
I looked more thoroughly for LSL and Votex adjustables, but only found fixed angles. It seems the LSL model "SPORT MATCH NO RISE 5° DOWN ANGLE" has a slight rise and then only a 5 degree angle, which would be the closest to what I'd be looking for. Are there models that I'm not finding?
Thanks for your input.

The sport match would be a good choice. There should be no rise to them. Lowest angle of all the ones I've seen. Vortex uses a 7° and Driven does as well. If you do go with the Apex, I would skip the bar ends though. They are made from aluminum and will do practically nothing when it comes to stopping vibration. They may help in the event of a tip over but that would probably be it. I would probably look at fitting a helicoil in there or some sort of bung you could thread the stock bar ends into. Since the FZR are vibration machines, you want as much weight on the end as you can. I had a set of the aluminum ones and promptly sold them.
