R,
sorry no pic but the nut should have been held by a tabbed spline washer locking it on to the output shaft of the engine

R,
no harm having a new one & lock tab washer & DO NOT RIDE THE Bike before investigating further

R,

Yup they are the bits needed, this time make sure and torque the nut down properly to spec & lock by lifting "an ear" on the washer to lock against the nut on pref two sides

R,
I deal with an outfit called "simply bearings co uk" you will have to give them the bearing universal number OR the dimensions which from the WIKI says the sprok carrier for a 600 are 22mm i/d, 56mm o/d, 16mm thick

Go to any bearing house, ask for a 63/22-2RS.

Don,
-2RS = Rubber Sealed on both sides belt & braces just like me,as the sprock carrier has a separate oil/dust seal :-}
