hi there is a quick bodge to get it running to see if there are more faults , but in the end you will need to strip and clean the carbs .
first remove tank cover ,air box so you can see carbs
now start bike get it warm off choke
put hand ie block no 1 carb and rev at the same time this creates a vacuum in carb and the crap will be sucked through, do on all cylinders one at a time
like i said you will need to strip and clean carbs in the end but it might get you going to test ride for more faults
and if a carb is blocked its blocked so nothing to lose

as you say it is a BODGE the net result is that something loose can be pulled in and really jam tight in a passage way and become a real PITA to get out.
Loose crap is easier to clean, jammed & gummed crap is REAL work.
