will this fit?

Post by releasetc06 »

Hey guys, I am really hard up for some fairings for my bike. I found these and wanted to know if they would fit my 98 fzr600.... If they would fit would any modification need to be made? If so what would need to be done? Thanks for the help right away.

Not sure if you've ever seen a 250 but they are actually smaller than a 400. Not to say that it can't be done, but it'll be a lot of work. You'd probably have better luck adapting r6 or r1 fairings...

I agree with Sweekster. That stuff will probably be too small. The 400s are already narrower than the 600s so I can't imagine that the 250 lowers would be wide enough for the 600 headers. Besides that, everything else will more than likely be a major PITA to make work. FZR600 bodywork is pretty easy to come by cheaply. If I were you, I'd keep looking for 600 bodywork.

plus its not really worth spending that kinda money on a set of plastics that every panel needs crack repairs and lots of body work let alone hacking up a set of harder to find 250 plastics
