Mismatched dogbone lenght, what damage should I look for?

OK I recently fitted a R6 shock & swapped my 138 mm (or so I thought) dogbones for 135 mm bones. These are good quality lazer cut bones, the holes have not elongated/worn oval shape.

I've just cleaned/checked them to offer for sale 1 is 138 mm (138 stamped on it) the other is 135ish mm (no stamp) (that offer is now cancelled) I know the knuckle/swingarm e.t.c. have bushes/bearings, what should I be checking? Everything appeared to be fine (no play) last week when I swapped the shock/bones.

I've taken a closer look @ the shorter bone, It is chamfered (filed) on one side of the holes, probably so the PO could fit it more easily...... I've seen worse than this in my day so I'm not surprised, happy I discovered the botch job tho.

i would think that you would get most of your wear in the knuckle bearings and the swing arm bearing that bones bolt through. those seem like the only things that would wear funny if they wear at all. id just change the bones myself

The knuckle bushes appeared fine when I swapped the shock & bones, the swing arm bearings also appeared to be fine. This botch job is probably unheard of (hopefully). I've had the back end up again it appears there is no play in any bearing/bushes. The bike also handles far better, no crabbing vibrations e.t.c.

I'll be hunting eBay for a replacement knuckle joint tho, don't wana snap my shiny R6 shock
