Hey George, usually they make the sleeves in house.. I don't know how much they charge for it, but they've got a guy that pretty much cuts the patterns and stitches it all together.. I've seen first hand on an installation of this stuff on a BIG molten metal pot in a mine about 3 hours away from here.. The molten metal would boil over and cook all their hoses, wires, etc.. Once the "Pyro-Jacket" was installed, it would drip onto it, and in some cases would melt, but it WOULD NOT burn. thus saving all the important instrumentation and what not..

Either way, I would imagine they'd sell in sheets of it.. I'll also check into something for you, we had uploaded a video of demonstration of it to their website, I just need to find it once I get into the server.. I'll talk to my old man tonight as well and see what we can figure out..

Alright, another update on this stuff.. It can be purchased in sleeves of up to 8" in diameter I believe so getting 4 sleeves for the headers wouldn't be an issue.. it would just be a matter of measuring the length and knowing the diameter of the headers (which I believe is 2.25" for the fzr600 but could be less)...
The only issue I could forsee might be the cost, cause it ain't too cheap. I was talkin to my dad tonight and while he didn't have the numbers off hand, he said it's not the cheapest way to do it, but yeah, it'll definitely work.

George, I also asked him about availability across the pond.. He gave me a website for you to look at. They sell the identical product and they actually have a decent display of their sleeves, pyrojackets and rolls right on the website..

Anyways, if someone can give me the dimensions of the 600's headers. Diameter & length of each pipe, plus the diameter and the length of the single tube on the header which leads into the connector pipe, I can get some definitive pricing information if anyone's interested..
