How int he world do you install this darn thing??? I've been trying for over an hour! I get one on the the other end slips off... Is there a trick to it?

Make sure all of the hose clamps are loose and just put even pressure on top of the air box. Sounds like you might have something underneath the air box that is preventing it from seating correctly.

Another trick is to warm them with a blowdryer. Not on real hot but a little warm. Makes them easier to work with.

I'm having trouble with this right now. Even with a little lube on both carbs and box I wasn't able to get it on tonight. Maybe in the morning.
On a side note, I tightened the clamps all the way down just to see how tight they'd get around the rubber and they were incredibly loose? 2-3mm's!
