throttle stop working
i went to change the oil did it and i tried to fix the choke because it has never work. all i did what stretch out the cord and put it back in place in the choke now the bike only starts with the throttle fully open and doesn't rev at all. if you let go of the throttle it stalls. the bike is a 1992 yamaha fzr 600.

daft as it sounds it is usually what you did last that caused the problem.
So just unhitch the choke cable and see it the bike returns to working order .
If it does you hooked up the choke "wrongly" somehow, if it doesn't than we have another problem entirely !
Re: throttle stop working
The choke slide on the carbs may be stuck, or the cable could be caught. Check to make sure the cable moves freely back and forth, if not, you may need to pull your tank cover and airbox and inspect your carbs.
