Ever hear of a crescent wrench? Just put some tape on there as not to scratch the chrome.

RD,
slap on the wrist naughty naughty crescent wrench the first tool to throw away is the crescent wrench, seconded by vice grips & easie outs all bloody useless and will always make a hopeless task worse.

I have NEVER ever liked them neither did any pro mechanic I ever met.
None of them are accurate enough not to slip & round the nut & rendering it useless to any form of wrench there after.

12 Point sockets preferably 6 point long & short reach , ratchet cranked spanners from the likes of Craftsman & Snap on plus one japanese set whose name escapes me but were a gift from Hirito Watanabe way back in the day.

Rage go and stand by the bar and repeat after me " fitall tools are fit for nothing " :whistle
