Turn Signal / Blinker Wires

I'm a little confused by the front turn signal wires on my '92. Does the right have Blue, Black, and Brown and the left have Blue, Black, and Green?? Is that right?

I have some flush mounts I'm gonna put on, but they only have two wires. I don't need the running lights, only blinkers, so which of the three colors does NOT get plugged in? And I'm assuming the black wire is negative, so which of the other colors (Blue, Green/Brown) gets plugged in?

Blue is for running lights, so don't connect the Blue wires. Make sure you insulate them though, so the don't short out.
