asking about 1994 fzr 600 hay guys i am getting a fzr 600 1994 bike is in great shape..i was talking to the guy abot the bike .top speed he tell me the 600 will do 130 with the vance^hines and k&nfilter not sure if this is true or not and is the bike fast out of the hole thxs guys

my bikes not to bad. same as you are asking about. it all depends on what you are next to

these bikes do about 155 with stock gearing (15/45)
if you have a 14/47 conversion then the top is like 130

I felt my 600 was pretty fast and I did get it up to 130 (I believe is 135mph is the top speed with stock gearing) a few times it just wasn't big enough for my taste-which is why I sold it. The bike I have now, however, that's a different story...

The speedo is very inaccurate at higher speeds, so it's hard to tell. Most accurate reports are something like 142 as a top speed with stock gearing.

I prefer to have a lower top speed but quicker take offs - helps pulling out of the corners on the track...
