Sorry but i'm a bit confused because a bunch of people have replied to this. Will the 520 chain i'm getting work with 120 links or do I need more? (considering I get the yzf600 vortex rear sprocket) That's all i need to know now. Thanks!

In addition, from what I remember the amount of links needed is also dictated by a combination of the amount of teeth the sprockets have and how long the distance is from the rear axle (with the rear wheel slid all the way forward) to output shaft on the tranny. For example, the YZF600 swing arm is longer than the FZR and in stock gearing (also 530 15t front/45t rear) the required chain length is 108 links. As what's been said already the 120 you have is more than enough to make it it happen so you're good to go.
